Ravi Solanki brings over 17 years of rich experience in business development, operations excellence, auditing, and process engineering.
Ravi also possesses a deep understanding of enterprise risk management and a proven track record of rapidly growing organizations in terms of revenue and improved efficiencies. During his stint with General Electric, First Advantage and Dataflow he has led several global initiatives linked to new product development, improving customer satisfaction & new revenue generation opportunities.
Having lived and worked in India, USA, Singapore & Philippines allowed him to understand international business landscape. Ravi is certified six sigma black belt practitioner and holds a master’s degree in business administration.
Rajinder brings more than 30 years of valuable experience as a leader with strategic clarity, innovation and growth.
At an operational level his responsibilities included; ensuring expansion, managing rapid growth, ensuring quality control, service delivery, key client management, resource planning, human resource management and statutory compliances. He served with leading screening companies and was effectively involved in Operations of Asia pacific, Middle East and North Africa.
Prior to joining the corporate world, Rajinder served in the Indian Army for more than two decades where he was part of special forces from 1995 to 1998 specialising in security and investigations. He is a graduate from Jawahar Lal Nehru University and attended public administration course from Indian Institute of Public Administration.
Ravi has almost 30 years’ experience in the options, quantitative trading, risk management and financial technology markets across multiple asset classes.
He has managed global options trading desks, ran a financial technology company, consulted for many firms in the options and volatility space and co-founded several trading and technology companies. He recently launched a systematic single stock options market making business in India. He currently heads derivatives and risk products at Professional Trading Solutions.
He was formerly a Director of Enterprise Risk at BNY Mellon, prior to which COO at Tydall Trading, an algorithmic, high frequency FX trading company. He has been an entrepreneur having co-founded EGAR Technology and Ivolatility.com before which was head of FX and precious metals options at Republic National Bank. He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and holds an MS in Operations Research from Baruch College.
